Feartures:
1. Centerless Grinding Machine is equipped with fixed wheelhead and movable guid-wheel bracket.
2. The wheel spindle equipped with multiple long-segment hydrodynamic-pressure oil-film bearings; guide-wheel spindle equipped with conical sliding bearings with 1:30 taper; suspension-arm structure adopted for both grinding-wheel and guide-wheel.
3. Flat and V-type hydraulic unloading guide-way adopted as guide-wheel bracket feeding guide-way.
4. AC freq-conversion infinitely-variable-speed adopted as guide-wheel adjustable speed.
Applications:
The Centerless Grinding Machine is mainly used for through-feed grinding of cylindrical and annular surface, semi-auto or auto plunge-cut grinding of conical parts at the taper 1:20 and various rotary parts.
