Application:
The machine mainly used for the external surface through-feed grinding of cylindrical and ring-shaped workpieces. For the conicalness with taper degree less than 1:20 and various rotary parts, it can carry out semi-automatic or automatic cut grinding.
Features:
1. The grinding wheel is cantilever structure, and segment dynamic bearings for grinding wheel spindle;
2. Dual-support regulating wheelhead, great carrying capacity and high precision;
3. Independent oil box for spindle lubrication;
4. Slideway is covered by the plastic, the servo motor driving high-precision planetary reduction gears, through the coupling driven ball screw to realize feed, the minmum feed rate is 0.001mm;
5. Equipped with MITSUBISHI CNC system, AC motor converter for regulating wheel;
6. Hydraulic transmission, stepless speed adjustment for grinding or regulating dressers reciprocating;
7. Operation adopts the man-machine dialogue with automatic grinding system, the feed rate, speed, time are all adjustable;
8. Magnetic separator for cooling system.
