1. The material of our fuel tanker product is made of 4mm-6mm high-quality carbon steel from Wuhan steel company, according to national
standards for tanker production (also in accordance with European standards of production), abutting joint welding process. Elliptical or square round shape tank.
2. tank is made by butt-welding technical, inside the tanker, there are multi-plates of anti-wave, after tanker frmed, high-pressure gas tank leak
detection, so that the tank has a high strength, stable center of gravity, vehicle is safe and stable and so on.
3. after welding, using shot peening pre-treatment process to avoid corrosion and dust, paint is used advanced technology. Beautiful looks, durable.
4, according to customers’ needs, the pump can be designed to pump in and out throw meter, or not through meter, self-flow through or not through meter and some other functions.
5, according to users’ needs, can be designed as a single compartment or several compartments for store oil, chemicals, drinking water.
6. Depending on the application needs, you can choose to install heating pipes, insulation layer.
Insulation material is generally 50-100mm thickness; filling material can be used rock wool, polyurethane foam, aluminum silicate. Metal surface
insulation is 1.2mm cold plate, stainless steel sub-mirror or matte board, it is 1.0mm thick.
7 according to the needs, at the end or side of the tank, it can be installed 1-3 self-flow valve.
