Features:
1LTZ Series Hydraulic Folding Offset Heavy Duty Disk Harrows, with super high strength harrow frames and discs, are specially used in large farm or pasture for superficial plowing, harrowing and shattering of clods, smashing and mixing crop residues or plant roots into soil as green manures, for preparation of soil before sowing. The disk harrow especially performs excellently in tougher soil condition.This series of disc harrows specially adopt hydraulic & tire mechanism to control cutting depth of harrow, and facilitate transportation during and after harrow working. Suitable for matching high power tractors.
Technique parameter:
• 42mm diameter round harrow shaft used, 290mm spacing between discs, matching 10.0/75-15.3 tires
• High Carbon disc blade hardness: 38-44 HRC, assuring the toughness and wear ability of disc blade
• Super heavy disk harrow, performing well in tough soil conditions, harrowing more thoroughly
• 140*140*10mm tubular steel harrow beams used, more durable in harrowing work
• Large and thick 28’’×8 harrow discs used, fulfilling deep tillage requirements
• Wheels linked to hydraulic cylinder, facilitating harrow maneuvers, disc depth control and harrow transportation over long distance .
