Features:
Wood drum chipper is the professional equipment for production of wood chips, can cut logs, wood branches, slab, waste veneer, bamboo, cotton stalks and other non-wood fiber rod stems into a certain size flakes . It is the first choice of equipment in the production of preparation session for other industrials and wood chips manufacturer to manufacture particleboard, fiberboard, plywood, pulp and paper. Similarly to bio-power plants and wood chip factories.
1. This machine with advanced design and structure, processing high quality wood chips.
2. It is consist of main machine, knife roller, knife blades, feeder, conveyor, hydraulic pressure system, etc. Machine body is welded by high strength steel plate forming the integrated support base.
3. Knife roller with 2-4 knifes which can be adjusted up and down based on the thickness of wood chips required. Qualified chips come down through the screener and outlet, but big block will return to crushing room for second processing.
4. The hydraulic system is consist of oil pump, hydro cylinder, which can start up the cover for blades changes and maintenance.
5. The machine is suitable for processing of wood waste and other waste materials such as density board, straw etc.
