Description
Automatic Disc/ Pan granulator for Fertilizer is molding machinery that can make material into specific shapes.
It is widely used in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, building materials, mining and metallurgy,
environmental protection, printing and dyeing, ceramics, rubber, plastic industries etc. Granulator machine has two types: disc granulator and rotor drum granulator.
Working principle
This series of products are worked by the main motor drive pulley and the belt, through the reducer drive pinion to small gear. The small gear is fixed closely at the bottom of the big gear teeth and they work with each other.With materials entering the granulating disc, through the granulating disc rotation and spray device, the materials stick together evenly and become globular particles.
Rotor drum granulator:the main motor drives belt and pulley, through transmission to the drive shaft of the gearbox,
through the open gear installed on the drive shaft and fixed on the body of the big gear ring gear, relative to one another.The material goes out with specificate shape from discharge hole.
Features
1. Disc granulator for fertilizer makes round shape fertilizer granules through extrusion and polished
technology, making fertilizer granulation shaping rate reaches into 95%
2. Disc granulator for fertilizer can produce 2-8mm round granules, compound fertilizer and biomass
compost fertilizer granules. The last pellets are very even, smooth with fine liquidity.
3. The angle of the Disc granulator for fertilizer adopts overall arc construction ,which can ensure
the forming rate larger than 93%. The three outlet doors are good for intermittent working.
4. Disc granulator for fertilizer reduces the labor intensity and highly increases the efficiency. The
reducer and motor adopt soft belt driving ,in this way, machine can start smoothly, reduce the impact,
increase the lifetime.
