Shredder machine working principle
The driving force is two motors, there is a spacer between the blades Split Level installation between the blade and the blade installation,and the formation of a mutual shearing force by the motor,so that can shredder the rubbish in the double shaft shredder machine. There is no need to worry that the machine is stucked. If it is stucked. the blade will turn to another direction until the machine is working smoothly.
The balde thickness will affect the final discharging size. Please let me know your required outut size, we can customize the blade thickness for you.
Single motor small shredder machine with electric control box. Our machine often didn't include the control box. If you need it, please let me know in advance. Mobile type shredder machine is easy to move, it is convenient. If you want mobile type, we can customize for you.
Large Type shredder machine.They can crush large mateial, such as the whole car tire, Hard plastic mateiral, Spring mattress etc. It is convenient to crush large size waste material. If you need the belt conveyor to transport the output mateiral, we can supply.
