Application of mesh belt dryer:
Machine is especially suitable for good breathable sheet, strip, granular materials such as coal, so which is
widely used in machinery and chemicals ,food, medical, building material, electrical and other industries.
working process of mesh belt dryer
1.The raw materials should be distributed on the mesh belt through dryer suitable mechanism such as star
distributor, swing belt, crusher or granulator, the conveyer passes through the channel including one or
several heating units.
2.Each heating unit of mesh belt dryer is equipped with air heater and circle system, each channel has one
or several damp discharge systems.
3.When the conveyer passes through it, hot air will pass through the raw material from up to bottom or from
bottom to up, in this way raw materials would be dried evenly.
Mainparts: head, working sections,tail, mesh belt,driving settings, fan, furnace, etc.
