Huahong agitation impeller flotator's applications:

1.The machine can be used in coarse separating, fine separating and counter-floatation of nonferrous metal,ferrous metal and nonmetal mine such as coal, lead, iron, molybdenum, copper, zinc and nickel.

2.It consists of slurry trough, mixing part, air filling part, motor and mineral foam removing part.

3.When slurry is filled into trough, mixing blade stirs to let air in. Due to different hydrophilicity,some mineral sticks to floating air bubble, then the removing part gets it out from the mixture.

Huahong agitation impeller flotator's working principles:

1.When flotation machine works, slurry is inhaled from the bottom of the trough to the space between

impellers.

2.Meanwhile, the low pressure air send by fan is sent to this area through the air distributor

in the hollow shaft.

3.After sufficient mixing, the slurry is pushed out by the impeller, and then goes to the whole trough.

4.When the froth rises to the stable level, after the enrichment processing,froth overflows to the froth trough

from the overflow weir.

5.Another part of ore slurry flows to lower part of impeller for the re_mis with air.

6.The remained slurry flows to the next trough until becomes residue.
