1. The roll extrusion granulating machine can directly press dry powder into pellets, not only can
product compound fertilizer such as ammonium bicarbonate, urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, also suitable for magnetic fertilizer and rare earth fertilizer granulation.
2. The friction confficient of the material in the production process is small which makes low
temperaturer rise, low energy consumption, no pollution possible.
3. The roll extrusion granulator use dry extrusion technology press the appropriate humidity powder intoslices, then crushing, sieving, getting the whole grain to meet the granular product requirements.
4. The roll extrusion granulator is mainly rely on external pressure, so that the double roll material is extruded into slices which can dispel void between the materials, so the material density can be increased by several times, the strength can meet the design requirements.
