Characteristics:
(1) The machine is mounted with non-scaleboard twin shafts horizontal compulsion mixer. The plant is designed into module type with reason layout in which each module is an independent function unit. It is easy to transfer and install. And it has the characters of accurate count (electronic and cubage count), uniform mixing and well applicability.
(2) This machine suit to be used to mixing various steady soil materials, and is widely used in the construction projects of expressway, airport, hi-speed railway, and especially, it suit the project that there is larger workloads and building site is relative fixed.
(3) The machine adopts “industrial computer + PLC + specialize counting meters” control form instead of traditional “VB language program” control, which greatly increases reliability and stability of the system.
(4) All processes of material match, count, transportation, mixing and discharge are operated in airproof conditions to prevent environment from pollution.
