GKM60Z off-highway dump truck
Introduction:
This series of off-highway dump trucks are equipped with D12engine and America Allison Electronic control manual-automatic integrated gearbox, which are of international advanced technology, can help to improve the safety, amenity, utilization ratio and ease of operate of the truck and to reduce the total operation cost. They are mainly used in short-distance transportation filed such as construction materials factory, mine, building plant, etc.
Main Features:
- D12 engine fully integrated the frontier technology of international advanced engine, which is of international advanced technical features. It is in-line, water-cooling and four-stroke, adopts turbo inter-cooling and direct injection technology. It has the typical characteristics of “high reliability, large power and torque, low emission, consumption and noise”.
- Employ America Allison electronic manual-automatic integrated gearbox. Equipped with hydraulic retarder and automatic diagnosis system. It is designed for harsh industry requirements. Its hydraulic torque converter can realize the discontinuous transmission of motive power. When started, the torque converter increases the engine torque, while the rotating shock absorber fully absorbs the concussion occurred in the gear switching, thus reduces the damage to the transmission agent. Besides, Allison gearbox is simple in operation. Manual gear shifting is avoided, which reduces the driver’s labor intensity, allows the driver to concentrate on driving.
- The cab combines the features of the working conditions. It is designed with new type full sealed suspended cab and chair and widened space, which makes the visual field wider and the driving more comfortable. No matter the load is light or heavy, the road condition is severe or not, the overall amenity is obviously improved than that of similar products in this field.
- Reversing video system adopts far-infrared wide angle imaging device. It is installed in the rear of the truck, through the display screen in the cab, the obstacles behind can be seen clearly, which provided wider visual field to the driver and solved the common fault of dump truck in its reversing blind spot.
- Widened and lengthened coach: the coach width is 3150mm, a rectangle bucket. The base is 18mm manganese plate, the side 12mm Q345. The baseboard adopts the 3+2 layout form, which is heavier, steadier and firmer.
