Technical Features:
Hydraulic system
The open hydraulic system with three-pump and three-circuit is adopted for this products. The constant power control and pressure cut-off control can promise a multistage and reliable main pump. The equipped leading coverflow valve makes the overflow to be safer.The main pumping circuit and “S” valve circuit are independent to each other, which makes the work system reliable and the changeover steady.Taper sealing and flange connection can ensure the hydraulic circuit with features of reliable seal,simple and low-cost maintenance.
Electrical system
24V direct-current supply is adopted for the electrical system.The electrical components are 100% imported,which can guarantee reliable system and simple trouble-shooting.Diesel is equipped with automatic throttle,wired or wireless remote controller upon demands is convenient to operate from long distance.The technology of proximity switch and contactless changeover can ensure steady changeover.
Distribution system
During the designing of key parts,such as hopper,”S” pipe and other vital components,some advanced modern design methods are adopted to analyze it’s stress state,structure stiffness,stress concentration and other relevant situations on the purpose of making it’s structure more reasonable,it’s stiffness stronger, and it’s technology more better.The disribution system is equipped with folating anti-wearing ring,which can antomatically compensate the wearing gap betwwen “cutting ring” and “spectacle-plate” to ensure pump outlet pressure.”Cutting ring”,”spectacle-plate” and other wearing parts using hard alloy material can guarantee the components with a nice working performance and a long service lift.What’s more supporting wheeels have manual,hdraulic lifting and other forms for optional.
