SANY SAC12000 all terrain crane with 102m telescopic boom is capable of lifting 100t load up to 80 meters high, with max lifting capacity of 1200 tons. It especially suits for 2-3MW wind turbines lifting.
Strong 9-axle chassis system
SAC12000 power transmission system consists of 8-cylinder engine, Kessler axles, ZF 12-speed transmission; multiple suspension steering system, braking mechanism, high strength steel frame and X-type outriggers with span of 13.8×13.8 all contributes to the stable and safe performance of the crane machine.
Strong boom system
8-section telescopic boom with length of 102m, fixed jib of 36.5m with stepless luffing angle from 0°to 30°, and tower-type luffing jib with max lifting capacity of 200t; the crane may support 15 types of boom configurations, suitable for different working conditions.
Innovative superlift mechanism
Optimized superlift devices greatly improve the boom loading states, increasing lifting performance by 375%
Reliable electro-hydraulic system
Closed winches system are adopted to the boom, jib and tower jib, ensuring high efficiency, micromobility, low energy loss and great stability.
Dual pump converging main valve, interlocking boom and cylinder pin with triple protections of mechanical, electric and hydraulic system make the crane more reliable.
Efficient assembly and disassembly
SAC12000 boom and counterweight adopt independent power source, which facilitate the quick assembly and disassembly of the boom and counterweight, thus increasing the working efficiency.
