FEATURES:

  1. Frame: adopting advanced automatic manufacturing process made of thick galvanized sheet.
  2. Shutter: made of hot galvanized sheet with thickness 1.0 and 1.2mm, to increase the quality and the stability while working.
  3. Motor: high performance motor dedicated to fan, approved by CCC certificate protection level IP 5, Insulation level F class. both China high motor and Siemens motor are available
  4. Blade:Adopting a punch forming technology, which ensure aluminum blade will not deform and    break, attractive and durable. The reasonable angle of blade will ensure the aluminum airflow and the minimum.3 types of material for choose: stainless steel/aluminum/galvanized sheet.
  5. V-Belt: imported from Japan and Korea. Resistance to abrasion, without deformation.
  6. Centrifugal System: adopting high-class nylon mixed with amount of fiber glass. All parts are connected by rivets. This system will be assured to open the shutter with 90 degree when the fan is working.
  7. Fan Belt Pulley and Flange: made of high aluminum-magnesium alloy by die-casting. Light weight, low vibration. Blast-sanding treatment for attractive appearance, eliminate internal stress to improve its own rigidity and stability.
  8. Handle:Adopt unique hollow type handle, which is easy to carry, convenient to load, reasonable design without injuring hands, and good appearance.
