Specifications

Gear reducer are widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemicals, textiles , printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and other fields. The following shows scope of application of gear reducer:
1.Speed of High-speed Shaft is less than 1500r/min.
2.Speed of Circle of rotation gear is less than 20m/second.
3.The working environment temperature is 40-45 °C. If it less than 0 °C, lubricating oil should be preheated heating temperature more than 0 °C before working.
This reducer can be used for operation of opposite and negative direction, and following is its character:
1.Gear using high-frequency surface hardening quenching treatment, tooth surface hardness of HRC45-50, high accuracy and good osculation.
2.High transmission rate: single-stage more than 96.5%, dual-stage more than 93 %, three more than 90 %.
3.Smooth running, low noise.
4.Small Cubage, light weight, long working-life and high load-bearing capacity.
5.Easy to dismantle, and easy to install.
6.Thr reducer being applied to right to and reverse direction 9 transmission ratio, 9 installing mode and 3 low-speed axle edge type.
