Small volume, light weight, strong capacity of being overloaded, high efficiency, simple structure, convinient to be installed and maintained; input adopts belt connection, output adopts hollow shaft with single bond connection. it is possible to replace the driving source of electrically operated drum-type belt conveyer or the lifting equipment.
The RXG series shaft-mounted reducer, made by Zibo Rongyao mechanical Co., Ltd, was wildly used in mechanical transmission such as agriculture, commerce, posts and telecommunications industry, food industry, tobacco industry, automotive industry, cement industry, mining industry, tourism industry and so on.
Design characteristics:
1:Use low-carbon alloyed steel cementation processing completely.
2:The gear and the gear shft precision is high.
3:The volume small,but the torque is big.

Maintence:
After 300-hour operation, please change the oil, and flush the gear uint with suitable detergents.
Pls do not mix the mineral oil and synthetic oil.
pls check the oil level in regular time.
Storage:
1:Pls do not store in outdoor.
2:pls put cardboard, wood or other material between the products and floor. the gear box cannot directly touch the floor.
Salient featues of the shaft mounted gear units.
1) Input shaft front bearing is a roller bearing as it takes in more radial load from the belt pressure.
2) All oil seals imported from China.
3) Our gear units now have higher load capacity as the gears have been redesigned give a higher power to weight ratio.
4) All gears are case carburised and ground inhouse.
5) All gear units are machined on a CNC machining center so are very accurate in alignment.
6) Finish of all gear units are far superior to any other brand being sold out of CHINA.
Accesorries:Backstops/Hold Back: A simple accesory used to brake the gearbox from rolling back when stationary.
