1.Application and Character
The pump is a infusion pump that pressure ratio is 2:1,consist of the pneumatic motor and piston pump.the ratio of the piston area in pneumatic motor and section area in piston pump is 2:1,aka the pressure exchange times,the larger the ratio is the higher viscosity liquid the pump can deliver in higher pressure, can deliver high viscosity liquid.and there is sealing ring in the pump,to prevent the liquid flow backward to the pneumatic motor and damage to the motor while operating.
The pump is differential double-acting pump,the piston doing reciprocating motion to sucking the liquid.the piston pump and cylinder is made of stainless steel,the piston is made of PU can resist corrosion and abrasion.the pump is mobile type,can easily moved.
The pump is applied to deliver all kinds of corrosive and non-corrosive high viscosity liquid materials like oil paint,dope and glue ect.
