1. Introduction :
This is a production line to reduce the diameter of the hot rolled bar, and make ribs on bars by cold rolling. There are ribs on its surface. It is a new good and efficiency steel bar for construction. Cold Rolled Steel Bar Production Line is a wonderful equipment to produce this kind of bars.
2. Usges :
The cold rolled steel wire also called deformed bar, rebar, reinfoce wire, reinforcing steel wire. It is widely used in industrial and construction area.
3. Features :
1. The machine line adopts PLC controlling system.
2. This line is composed of Wire Release part, Descaker, Lubricate machine, 2 units "Y"Rolling Mill, Draw Bench Machine, Stress Remove machine, "H"Wire-rewinding machine, water box, and Control system
3. The machine line has high working speed. It is 2.1 meter per second. If it is not enough, we can make to orders.
4. The material of roller is alloy steel with extremely high hardness. The useful life is much longer than normal rollers.
5. The finall rebar can be in coil, also can be straightened and cut to length according to request.

The seller will send our engineer to install the machine accordingly if the buyer need.
The buyer have to pay the salary US$100 per day, and the air ticket, accommodation, eating and some related fees should be your responsibility.
