Razor barbed wire mesh full automatic pressing machine
Razor barbed wire machine consists of razor strip making machine and coil machine.Razor strip making machine cuts steel strip into different razor shapes according to different moulds.Compared with the mould of one strip,the popular mould of 5 or 9 strips saves time,raw materials and cost.The mould of 5 strips saves 20% raw materials.Coil machine is used to wrap razor strip up onto the steel wire and wind up the finished products into rolls.
Usage:
It can be used for heavy coiled articles' spiral package,especially for cold-rolled steel coil,alloy steel coil, calorizing steel coil,steel wires,steel coils,wire coils,steel wire coils,copper coil and etc.
Features:
1.PLC & HMI are optional for automatic operation.
2.Vertical mode is used, easy for heavy object loading & unloading.
3.Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs,and errors will be shown automatically.
4.Intelligent operation by imputing objects OD,ID & Width. PLC control program will calculate the tape length,wrapping circles and cutting time automatically.
5.Special tension control system adopted;the overlap rate and material tension could be adjusted according to requirement.
6.The ring height can be adjusted for different OD & ID.
7.Anti-wear polyurethane is adopted for the friction wheel,ring with integral mould structure.
8.Synchronous wrapping(two kinds of wrapping materials working together) is available.
9. Push-out device can be choose for heavy object taking out.
