The flange type spray nozzle can be custom made, serveral kinds of wear resistant material are available.
Design Feature
This kind of hollow cone flange type spray nozzle is fixed on the fiberglass reinforced Polyester flange, to which there is a silicon carbide cuspidal structure connected by ligation. Other material is optional upon your request. There available connection size of flange can be 2", 3" and 4". The flow rate range is from 535 L/min to 2000 L/min under pressure of 0.7 bar. Spray angle is from 60 degree to 180 degree for 2", while 60° To 120° For 3" and 4".
These high flow rate spray nozzles play a important role in pollution control, cooling and air infalting. Because of its large and free flow channel, it is seldom clogged.
This kind of spray nozzle have precise deflect blade to produce uniform distribution and the excellent coverage area. The flange type spray nozzle can be custom made, serveral kinds of wear resistant material are available.
