Soft Wall Clean Room
Introduction:
Soft Wall Clean Room is an air purifying equipment which can provide purified air with high cleanliness for partial area.
Application:
Soft Wall Clean Room is suit for workshop high cleanliness is required in some area, such as assembly line, high precision products assembly area.
Feature:
1. Assembly type structure, easy to assemble, shorten the delivery time;
2. Easy to move(with wheel); suit for small clean area;
3. Modular structure, easy to increase the cleanliness class;
4. Compared with laminar air flow bench, the working area in clean booth is larger; compared with traditional clean room, it is with low cost, short construction period.
Structure:
The frame of soft wall clean room is made from industrial aluminum profile, and the air is supplied by FFU, the frame is coved with anti-static curtain or organic glass, the top of clean booth is sealed with blind plate. The cleanliness class can vary from 10 to 100,000.
Material:
1. Frame: stainless steel or Aluminum, firm, nice, anti-rust, dust-free;
2. Anti-static curtain: 0.5mm,good effect of anti-static; transparent, soft, not easy to deform or age; thermal insulation;
3. Anti-static organic glass: good effect of anti-static, transparent, not easy to deform or age;
4. The cover plate and blind plate are made from 1.2mm cold plate spray;
5. Clean lighting system is at customer’s option;
6. FFU: low noise centrifugal-type motor, long life time, low noise, maintenance-free, small vibration, speed adjustable, HEPA filter is with small initial pressure drop, large dust holding capacity.
