Basic Information:
Composed of a group of corrugated mental sheets.
There are holes on the metal sheets.
The heat transmission will take place between the two fluids passing these holes.
The plate combination is installed between a frame plate and a pressure plate, which are fastened
by tightening bolts.
The seal ring installed on the plats is used to seal the passage and guide the fluid alternately into
the passage.
The quantity of plate depends on the physical property, pressure drop and temperature program
of of fluid.
The corrugation of plate improves the eddy flow of fluid and plays supporting action to the different
pressure of plate.
Application:
It is applicable for the cooling and heating of liquid products in pharmacy and food, CIP cleaning
liquid, and also applicable for the pasteurized sterilization in some applications.
