Motion Controller Description:
UIM242 stepper controller is a microprocessor embedded single axis motion controller with an integrated bipolar stepper motor drive working standalone or integrally on stepper motor for networking. Through one CAN/RS232 Converter you can control upto 100 of this integrated stepper motors with motion controllers by one PC synchronously or individually. An on-board bipolar ‘chopper’ stepper drive is provided capable of driving motors up to 4 per phase in both full, half, fourth and sixteenth micro stepping modes.
You could also use the Parallel port UIM240 stepper driver and Serial port UIM241 steppercontroller for an integrated stepper motor.
UIM243 controller can also be integrated with NEMA23 /57MM stepper motor.
This controller features self pulsing, speed adjustable, work when power on. no need for PLC, etc.
can work standalone.
