High Pressure Chinese Herb Extractor
Closed tisanes machine volume is big and cooking quickly, it is suitble for big prescription. There are 15L (1.8Kw), 25L(2.2Kw), 40L(3Kw) voulmes, this high pressure closed tisanes machine can be used alone or together with packing machine to improve working efficiency.

Machine operation
Ready work: packed the herb by specical non-woven fabrics pocket, tie the pocket month, put into tank and soak into water about 30min;
Clean herb tisanes machine, open the waste liquid valve and inject clean water, close waste liquid valve and liquid outlet valve, put soaked non-woven fabrics pocket into herb tisanes machine cylinder, then add soaked liquid and water.
Water rate (for reference): water yield=need herb liquid+20%=(package volume*daily times*herb package)*1.2.
Operation step: put herb and water into herb tisanes machine, close the cover, revolve hand shank tightly, close air outlet safety valve. Then set extracting time,extracting temperature, press down heating button, machine will heat aoutomatically. It will change into slow fire until reach setting temperature and stop heating until reach extracting time.
After finished, open air outlet valve to reduce the pressure (make the pressure about 1Kg), then open liquid outlet valve to send herb iquid to package machine. Please operate compact dreg pillar to make herb liquid come out more. After pour out all the herb liquid, open the air outlet valve full to reduce pressure as the same as outside, and then open the hand shank to take out the herb pocket, shup down power supply and clean the machine again.
Attention
- Ground connect to keep safe;
- The electric part can’t be water by water;
- Must open the air outlet valve to reduce cylinder inside pressure before openning the cover;
- Do not pen waste liquid outlet valve during heating, or it is not safe;
- Must clean the cover and sealed contact face, anti residue liquid adhere the sealing;
- Please inspect the sealing ring and ensure the seal is good before start heating;
- If the non-woven fabrics pocket is broken during extracting, please clean the dregs, or it will cause jam when packing.;
- Do not heat if there is no water inside;
- When lock the cover, please lock evenly one by one, or the cylinder will be destroyed;

If the actual heating time is not finished under setting in last time, please shut down the powder supply to make the counter zero setting before heating, or the heating time is the original one, it will stop heating after reach the setting time
