Product introduction:
GHL series high shear mixer granulator machine adopts horizontal barrel design, reasonable structure.
The efficient wet mixing granulator can form the pill nearly same as ball shape, it is good fluidity
Working principle:
The powder raw materials and adhesives in a cylinder container are fully mixed into humid at the bottom.
Then it is cut into uniform granules by the high-speed crusher at the side
Device features:
1 The machine adopts horizontal cylinder structure. Its structure is reasonable;
2 Using air-filling seal shaft to drive. When washed, it can be changed to water;
3 Ball-type granules, good fluidness;
4 Compared the traditional process, 25% of adhesive can be reduced and the drying time can be shorted;
5 The time of mixing in drying is 2-minutes each time, and the time of granulating is 1-4 minutes. Compared With the traditional process, efficiency rises 4-5 times;
6 In the same sealed container, the processing: dry-mixing and humidity-mixing and granulating can be Finished. It's conformity with the requirements of GMP FDA, SGS, CE

Structure features:
1. Mixed and cutting device has two kind of speed for choice. In accordance with the granulation process set
Granulation time, manual mixing, chopped 1, 2 speed, arrival time, the machine will stop automatically
2. The lid open or closed is convenient and reliable.
3. Mixed, shredding device sealing parts and cylinder of convenient cleaning.
4. The drive motor mixed, shredding device and the discharge valve, a cover opening device
With linkage function, only when the unloading valve is closed, the barrel cover is closed, mixed,
Cutter motor will work, otherwise, it will not work.
5. Mixed, shredding device is a one-way operation.
