Introduction

Principle
By high-speed rotation mechanical stirring and aerodynamic forces, powdered material in the machine will achieve continuous mixing, granulating, ball, extrusion, collision, dense, and polishing process to finish granulation . Particle shape is spherical, spherical degrees ≥ 0.7, the particle size is generally between 0.3-3 mm, grain rate ≥ 90%, the particle size diameter may be appropriately adjusted by the amount of material and the spindle speed mixing, the mixing amount is usually lower speed The higher, the smaller particles.
Application
