1. Introduction of Wood Pallet Making Machine
Our wood pallet making machine is a new type of one time forming machine which is used to make compressed wooden pallets from recycled wood wastes. It has stable performance, high efficiency, and low energy consumption, available for steam or heat conduction oil heating use, flexible. By changing moulds, it can produce various size of wooden pallet.
The installation is very convenient. There is no need to fix it on the ground when working, put the machine in a steady condition is ok. The machine has reasonable deaign, precisely moulding the pallets. It can finish hydraulic pressing in 450s.

e. Fumigation-free: Our molded pallets are made of wood fibers by high pressure and temperature during production. They are resin bonded, fungus and pest resistance. No fumigations or heat treatment are required for exporting to countries complying to ISPM15 Guidelines.
f. The reasonable design makes our products have the advantage of saving storage space, light weight and elegant appearance.
g. High loading capacity, strong and durable physical properties, and long service life.

4. Process of Wood Pallet Making Line
a. Crushing the wood into small pieces or using the wood shavings and sawdust;
b. Drying the material with moisture around 8-10%;
c. Mixing the raw material with glue;
d. Forming them into pallets.
