Description:
cow dung/muck processor is widely used in the separating and dehydration of the cow's manure .
The equipment is composed of stainless steel mesh, screw packing anger, screw blade, which are all made of high quality stainless steel through special workmanship, having noncorrosive, wearproof and other advantages.
Presently our main product screw and squeeze continuous working solid-liquid separator uses filter screen (0.5mm,0.75mm,1.0mm) to filter.

Working Principle :
Using submerged pump to pull the cow dung into the machine, then screw and squeeze to dehydrate through segregating unit, if the absorbing cow dung is too much, it can flow back to the manure pit through overflow liquid pipe. The processed cow dung wastewater can be allotted to methane-generating pit to ferment or to the wastewater setting pond. The solid dry cow dung is been squeezed out of the discharge hole. After separating, the COD&BOD of the cow dung will be low down sharply, convenient for the following the standard discharge.
