Fully Automatic Beeswax Foundation Machine For Beekeeping
1.Introduction
1)After cutting, the sheets are stacked on the drop table.
The electric drive of the drop table with a stepper motor allows precise adjustment of the drop of the table according the thickness of the sheets
2)The adjustment and control of all parameters such as length and temperatures is carried out at a rotatable operating panel near the drop table.

4)The advantages of the production of foundations by the casting process are its ease of operation by one person
Because the wax is not compressed by the casting process, the cast foundations will be expanded faster by the bees than rolled foundations.
The cast sheets are more stable than rolled sheets at higher temperatures in the beehive and do not wave. At low temperatures, however, cast sheets are not as elastic as rolled sheets.
5)In order to offer you the optimum size of the machine, please let us know the sizes of the sheets you want to produce. To put the machine into operation, compressed air and cooling water is required.
If you do not have such, we can offer you the appropriate equipment.

3.Beeswax stamp /engraving roller machine founction and Usage:
@ This machine makes it possible to produce foundation sheets in a single operation by the casting method.
@The liquid wax is fed to the machine from a tank with a capacity of approx. 130kg (in case of need, tanks with a capacity of up to 250 kg are available) through an inlet tank.
@As the wax arrives between the cylinders, it congeals to form a wide foundation band that is cut to length and width on the attached cutting machine.
@The desired width is adjusted by moving the round knives as required, whereas the length is adjusted by means of a counting preselector, the preset figure being the length in millimeters.
@Deviations in length and width are less than 1 mm.
@The foundation sheets are stacked on a lifting table from where they can be removed for packing. At low temperatures, cast foundation sheets are not as elastic as rolled foundation sheets.
