The solution design as below:

Install two 2.45G reader at school gate, one at front side,one at back side, both reader need connect with one GPRS information machine, every students take one 2.45G card (can take on hand,hang on neck or put inside bag),when they walk close to the gate,their card will be read, the students information will transfer to system through GPRS information machine, the machine can insert Sim card, when system receive data,the sim card also will send SMS to parents, they can know they children arrive school time and leave school time.
