Q-What is the format of the design should I send to you?

A- Please make the artwork design in vector format, such as ai, cdr, or pdf. and convert the text into out line. If you don’t have vector format file, jpg is also accepted.

Q-How many days can I get my products?

A- Normally within one week, it depends on which kind of the delivery express services you choose.
