We use the twin screw extruder in water strand pelletizing system to produce the PP/PA with DPEM. As the below picture.
As manufacturer, we produce the screw element and barrles in our CNC center, quality can lead time can control very well here.
Screw element material: high tool steel 38CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2 by special heating treatment. which is possessed with high corrosion-resistant and high function. HRC: 60~62
Barrel material:45 # + α 101, HRC: 60~62
