Single Screw Extruder /extrusion Application:
The extruder can be used for extruding thermo-plastics such as PVC, PP, PE, PP-R, ABS. Combined with the appropiate auxiliary machines(inducling the die head), it can used to produce many kinds of plastic products such as film, pipe, board, thread, tape, as well as granule.

Characteristics of the SJ series PET/PVC/PP/PC Single Screw Extruder
1.High precision gear box,high carrying capacity,steady driving ,low noises.
2.Newly designed barrel and screw ensure better melt uniformity ,low melt temperature and higher production.
3.For most applications, standard nitrided steel is used for barrels and screws with high corrosion- resistant.The unusual material can be processed by choosing bimetallic materials.
4.Super mute blower fan cools barrel with no maintenance.
5.The meter made in Japan keeps the temperature steady and accurate.
6.The die head have two types: manual whirling and hydraulic pressure screen changer. Changing screen is easy and finished within a few minutes.
