Feeder nose: all kinds of materials are put in feeder nose here and then be sent to next process. In order to prevent too much dust which could be occur explosion and other damage, a pulse filter is applied on the feeder nose to limit the dust at the lowest level. At the same time , scraper conveyer is installed under the feeder nose ,the material will be sent to next process by it.
Bucket elevator: almost every equipment is connected by elevator, it’s one of the most important conveyer in a feed mill.
Cleaning screen: it is used to remove the sundries in the material to prevent the machine damaged and protect the quality of feed.
Hammer mill: it is used to grind the materials which need to be crushed into powder, such as corn, soya bean, wheat and other material. The powder material will be conveyed by bucket elevator to next process.
Dosing system:There are a lot of ingredient bins on the scale ,through feeder machine to feed the material into scale, and the scale is controlled by PLC. Which with high precision.
Mixer: The powder feed after dosing will be mixed in the mixer to ensure the powder uniform, during mixing process, the molasses and Greece can be added into it to mix together, which can increase nutrition and gloss of feed.
Pellet mill: it is the most important machine in the whole production line, the powder feed after mixed will be pressed into pellet by pellet mill, during pelleting process, it will add the high temperature and pressure steam in the conditioner to mature the powder feed, which will make the powder feed easy to be pressed into pellets, and also good to absorb nutrients for animal.
Cooler: the pellet feed from the pellet mill with a high tempreature, it will be breakable if can’t be cooled timely,after cooled ,the tempreature of pellet will be at the same level with indoor.
Rotary screener: it’s used to remove too big and too small pellets to make the moderate pellet into finished product bin, the too big one and too small one will be conveyed back to reproduce .
Automatic packing machine: the moderate pellets after screening will into automatic packing machine, it can pack 6 to 8 bags a minute with 25 to 50 kg per bag. Then it can be conveyed to finished product warehouse or sell to customers directly.
Finished product warehouse:The pellet feed bagged will be storaged here and then sent to many farmers to feed their animal ,fish and so on.
Central control room: the whole feed mill is controlled by computer here, which can save a lot of manpower and more scientific and efficient.
Boiler:it is used to give birth to high temperature and pressure steam, which will be sent into conditioner of pellet mill through steam pipe, Normally, the clients buy boiler at the local place and ask the seller to install boiler for them.
