1,the feed material such as corn ,wheat ,soja and so on will be grinded to powdery by the hammer mill(picture below)
2,the powdery will be transported into the mixer to mixing by elevator,during the mixing the additive and oil could be added into the mixer too.(picture below)
3,the feed after mixed will be transported into pellet mill to pelleting.(picture below)
4,because the pellet feed from the pellet mill is too hot,so the cooler is necessary.(picture below)
5,the pellet feed will be sifting by the sifter to ensure the moderate feed packed.(picture below)
6,last the pellet feed will be packed by the packer and then sale to your customers.(picture below)
