An Hu Shen JH-1500 Hand Held Liquid Security Detector. 

It’s a security instrument designed to detect flammable and explosive liquid. 

JH1500 is small, analysis fast, easy to use, the ability to quickly identify flammable and explosive liquid without contact with liquid.
