Steel Grating plate is made by carbon or mild steel of certain sizes through the processing of grooving, cutting, press-welding, and galvalizing. Gratings can be actually made from copper, aluminum and other materials. However, galvanized steel grating is the widely used for its economical cost and excellent propetries

2)Bearing Bar pitch (center to center):
12.5,15,25,30,30.16,32.5,34,40,41,41.25,45,50,60,60.32,80,100mm etc,also be according to client’s requirement and 30,40,60mm are recommended.
3)Cross Bar pitch(center to center):
38,50,76,100,101.6mm etc,also be according to client’s requirement and 50,100mm are recommended ,American standard is available.
4) Material:
Mild Steel (Low Carbon Steel) or Stainless Steel

Steel grating plate production process
steel grating plate is manufactured through the forged welding process, which consists in welding steel cross rods to perpendicular and equidistant bearing bars. This is achieved through high current and high mechanical pressure discharges, fusing the molecular elements of both components without placing filler material, as it occurs in the arc welding process. The forged welding process guarantees an homogeneous product of high quality and resistance.
