3. Operation Instruction:
3-1. Fill the filler with raw material, and then close the top cover automatically by the pneumatic system;
3-2. Turn on vacuum pump until the vacuum level reached the setting value;
3-3. Start master motor and them mixing processing begins;
3-4. When the mixing process is finished, turn on the air suction valve to eliminate the negative pressure;
3-5.Turn on the"discharger" button on the operation panel, discharging begins automatically by the pneumatic system.
3-6.The"emergency stop"button works anytime during the operation for safety.

4. Maintenance guidelines:
4-1. Check and lubricate the master bearing once per month.
4-2. Change oil for speed reducer once per year.
4-3. Check the vacuum pump oil frequently.
4-5. Adjust the vacuum level properly as per the product technology.
4-6. Make sure that the feeding and discharging covers are both closed before starting vacuum pump.
4-7. Prevent the electrical parts from water.
4-8. Any abnormality during the operation, stop the machine immediately and check the machine.

6. Warranty:
The mechanical part is ONE year warranty; the electrical part is SIX months.
