Role’s of gear pump
From today’s point of view, the gear pump cannot be neglected in the extrusion if you want to produce high-quality products. Despite of its simple and robust design, it is a high-precision displacement pump and convinces by its conveyance accuracy and its capacity in pressure build-up at minimum thermal material strain.
Whereas the gear pump maintains a constant volumetric output and the required pressure at the tool, the pressure at the outlet of the extruder can be set to an optimal duty point.
To ensure the highest quality of our gear pumps, BATTE manufactures all gear pumps in house.
In case of revision or damage, all necessary spare parts are readily available around the world.
