High precision mini melt gear pump for extrusion
1. Features of ZB-D series rotary mini melt gear pump
1). Realize the stable extrusion, improve the product dimensional accuracy, reduce rejection rate. During the process of extrusion, the uneven feeding amount, fluctuation of the barrel and the head temperature and the screw rotation speed pulsation are difficult to avoid. The melt gear pump can eliminate the error of the feeding system, greatly weaken the upstream process fluctuations, and get immersed into stable working condition, thereby improve the product dimensional accuracy and reduce rejection rate.
2). Increase production, reduce energy consumption, achieve low temperature for extrusion, prolong the service life. Due to adopt of the melt pump in the extruder, the reducing function is transferred to the gear pump from extruder, the extruder can work in the low temperature, the leakage flow rate is greatly reduced, and the yield increased. It is easier for melt pump than extruder to create head pressure effectively and reduce the back pressure of extruder which can bring down the axial force on the screw, to prolong service life.
3). With characteristics of linear extrusion, convenient for upstream and downstream to coordination work. Due to the less leakage of the gear pump, the output of pump and rotated speed are linear relation nearly. Once the gear pump speed has changed, its flow can be known exactly. Due to the speed of upstream & downstream equipment and the melt gear pump can be determined, it can achieve the whole extrusion process online monitoring and feedback control according to the pressure of the gear pump inlet and outlet and the temperature and the other information data.
