Features of reduction gear box

1)reduction ratio:3:1

2)output shaft rotating speed:MAX 600RPM

3)input shaft rotating speed:MAX 1500RPM

4)combining host transmission box speed reduction and torque distribution part together,using

   three axis style design, with compact structure. Speed reduction, torque distribution and two 

   output shaft radial bearing all use NSK bearings.

5)input/output shaft oil seal use original Japan brand products.

6) Gear is 6 grade which is a high precision. High speed overloading hard-tooth surface. 

   The materials are 20CrNi2MoA or 20CrMnMo, HRC 60/62.

7) The bearing and geared are forced to adopted the immersion oil-lubrication system.

8) Framework oil seal use Taiwan brand.
