Haisi hot melt elastomer adhesive granulating machine TPU TPV TPR TPO EVA extrusion eva extrusion line
Due to its stickiness nature, hot glue is hard to cutting in traditional way, such as water-strand pelletizing, water ring, air cooling hot cutting. Therefore Haisi adopt an advanced new cutting method--underwater pelletizing system. With the underwater pelletizer, granules come out from die head and flow into water directly, which increases the cooling efficiency, and makes the granules shaped good.
- Innovated design of heater tightened style insures high efficiency of heat transfer.
- New-style gear transmission system:
- 1.New-style project of parallel three-axises driving makes the convey axis.
- 2.The key bearings are imported from WorldTop brand.
- 3.The compact design to optimize gear parameters and strengthen safe overmeasure.
