We have focused on Hydraulic Cylinder for more than 15 years. Excavator hydraulic cylinder is one of the products we are skilled in most. Now we can manufacture excavator hydraulic cylinder for Komatsu, Kobelco, Sumitomo, Hyundai, Doosan, Kato, Volvo, Sany, Belaz, Terex.
The piston rod is made of high-strength steel, with hardening and tempering HB215-250, the surface high-frequency hardening HRC50-55, surface hard chromium plating, with the hardness HV900-1100.
The welding of piston rod adopts fully automatic welding machine and gas shielded weldin process, while use ultrasonic fault detector to inspect.
The roughness of scrape barreling in the cylinder barrel is up to 0.4.
The parts shall adopt forging skill and be tempered HB ≥250.
Testing pressure is 35Mpa--40Mpa.
