Package is air cushion film for each cylinder and steel case for all cylinders to ensure goods can arrive at customer safely.
Our Test:
Before hydraulic cylinder is assemblied , every spare parts would be measured and cleaned .After hydraulic cylinder is assemblied , pressure test would be carried out one by one.We ensure the testing pressure is 30%-50% higher than rated pressure in almost one hour's test.Each hydraulic cylinder must be tested without any leakage.We have the advanced quality testing equipment and system to make sure the high quality of our Hydraulic cylinder
