BL Slag Filter
1. Uses and characteristics:

3. How it works:

5. Installation:

6. Operation and use:
1. Preparation before driving:

Leading to the tank vapor pressure: 0.3 - 0.5 Mpa
Leading to the tank of compressed air pressure: 0.6 - 0.8 Mpa
Butterfly vibrating body and executive body of compressed air pressure: 0.45 - 0.6 Mpa
(2) according to flow chart requested pick a good pipeline, and check the pipe is correct.
(3) Check the filter bearing bolt is tightened.
(4) Check whether the flexibility to enhance reliable, and open the jar-cover, check whether the correct location filter installed leaf is good, whether it has been filtered inside and outside axle leaf clamp.
(5) Check the jar sealing edge sealing strip is embedded in a bath of damage.
(6) Lid recovery, evenly tighten the bolts to open soon.
(7) Check whether the vibrating object fixed bolt tightening, start vibrator, check the reliability of its work, with or without abnormal noise. If abnormal sounds, the reasons should be identified to be excluded.
