Corundum Brick Classification:
Corundum: brown corundum brick takes bauxite, coke (anthracite) as the main raw material, fired in the electric arc furnace in the 2000 degree high temperature.
White corundum: white corundum brick is based on alumina powder as raw material, made by high temperature melting.
High alumina corundum: high alumina corundum brick uses high-quality bauxite as the main raw material, processed in high temperature furnace for smelting in the 2500 ℃.
Zirconia corundum: high alumina corundum brick adopts high-quality bauxite as the main raw material, smelting in high temperature furnace in the 2500 ℃.
Monocrystalline corundum: single crystal fused alumina (also known as 32A)
Abrasive: single crystal corundum takes bauxite as the main raw material, with the right amount of sulfide, made by high temperature melting.
Microcrystalline corundum: microcrystalline corundum adopts bauxite as the main raw material, processed in high temperature smelting and quenching.
