1. Machine introduction of Chalk Making Machine :
1) This chalk stick making machine is with 1,2,4,6molds, each mold has 800 pcs of chalk.
2) Size and color of chalk are adjustable.
3) The chalk stick making machine is supplied water automatically, mixing material
by electric mixer, filling mould, taking off mould, all the work are in a round
assembly-line.
4) With high efficiency, and the rate of eligible can reaches to 99%.
Slaked Lime mixer, power on, then fill in the water.

2.The mold should be lubricated enough. And should be lubricated for every cycle
3.Each model has 808 spaces for the filling, each cycle will be take about 6minutes,
4. When the filling completed, should be turn off the model make the wet chalk come off from
the model, then dry in the sun.
5. The packing should be completed by handwork.
6.The shape can be round, rectangle, or star shape.
The length of the chalk can be from 75mm-105mm.
