High Performance Pistachio Nut Opening Machine
1.Machine introduction of Pistachio Nut Opening Machine
It is the nuts opening machine with largest capacity in China currently,adopts liquefied gas heating,mainly used to open nuts,such as pine nuts,pistachio nuts,filbert,walnut,chestnut,almond,pumpkin seeds etc.
With low energy consumption,the opening rate can reach more than 98%.It is tested strictly before leaving factory,with high safety factor.It is currently the preferred equipment for nuts food opening factory.
Working principle:
Put fresh nuts into closed cylinder,then use steam or liquefied gas to heat,to get high temperature and high pressure,which will be released instantaneously to form pressure difference inside and outside.So that the nuts will be opened.There is no any additive needed to add during the whole process of production,adopt purely physical method to open,nuts keep their original color and taste.
