1. Working principle:
Put fresh nuts into closed cylinder,then use steam or liquefied gas to heat,to get high temperature and high pressure,which will be released instantaneously to form pressure difference inside and outside.So that the nuts will be opened.There is no any additive added during the whole process of production,adopt purely physical method to open,nuts keep their original color and taste.
2. Opening rate is 98%, Safe and reliable, normal operation without danger, 3-5 minutes at a time, every time production of 8 to 10 kilograms.Using pure physical principle, maximum nutritional value.
3. This machine applies to the opening of the pine nuts, walnuts, gingko nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, chestnuts and other nuts.
